We currently offer delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary for remote or hard-to-reach areas depending on courier service coverage.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 working days
• Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated clearly before order dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, you will pay the order amount directly to the courier rider when your parcel is delivered.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number through WhatsApp, SMS, or another available contact method.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the relevant courier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel, additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply.

Abu Farhad Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, road closures, or unexpected operational problems.
